We’re sure that you will love your baking kit; however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Returns must be made at your own cost within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we only accept returns of ‘Dry’ non-perishable products and cannot accept returns of any fresh products. Returns must be received in their original unopened condition.
If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Once we have posted your items we cannot offer a refund or take cancellations. To cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com with “CANCEL: [Your order number]” as the subject line.
3, 6, and 12-month subscription orders cannot be cancelled during the subscription period.
If you have an auto-renewing monthly subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your payment date (the date you first ordered). If you do not cancel your subscription before the payment date, you will be charged for and sent the next month’s baking box.
If you receive a product that has been tampered with or damaged, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will require an image of the damaged product along with your order number and brief explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will be happy to replace or refund the damaged item.
