Shipping Information
Processing times for Classic Baking Kits are displayed on each product listing.
All Subscription Boxes are shipped on or around the 15th of each month using Royal Mail 2nd Class. The cut off date to subscribe for a monthly box is the 7th of every month, unless otherwise specified on the product listing. Royal Mail 1st Class and Tracked 24 are not available for subscriptions at this time.

You will receive an email notification when your order is on the way. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Information
We will attempt delivery to an address and postcode as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure of an address or postcode please check it using a postcode finder before ordering.
We’re unable to guarantee delivery dates for Royal Mail services as it’s outside of our control. Please note that if there is no one available to collect the delivery and it is not collected or redelivered quickly, the quality of the product may be slightly compromised and we cannot be held responsible for this.
